A friend recently asked me why I was going away from my successful Business Coaching business - Coaching business owners one-one, to start up Carey Coaching Vault.
My view changed recently when my best friend called me because she was setting up a business. Of course I couldn’t charge my best friend, but it made me realize I have a lot of information stored in my brain. Just in case I hadn’t gotten the message, the next day a leadership and management client expressed that I had a wealth of information that needed to be captured someway.
The more I thought about it the more excited I became. There are many areas where I am not an expert- but I know people that are experts!
